The Lab2000 system includes a closed chamber, a set of (main and mini) antichamber, a rotary vane vacuum pump, and a set of circulating purification system integrated with a microcontroller operation panel.

3D printing technology, as a cutting-edge and pioneering emerging technology, has a disruptive significance and role in the transformation of traditional manufacturing processes and the widespread application of new materials. The 3D printed glove box (additive manufacturing protective glove box) manufactured by Itex is designed for the environment required for the processing of special aerospace components. The 3D printing equipment generally adopts two types: powder feeding molding or powder spreading molding. Each molding equipment requires different glove box design requirements. Itex designs glove boxes according to different customer requirements and provides reliable and complete solutions.
The Etelux MLS-6000 metal 3D printing inert gas protection system is a high-performance, high-quality super purification protective glove box that automatically absorbs water and oxygen molecules. It provides a closed cycle working system that meets the requirements of a purified working environment, and can meet the specific environmental requirements of less than 0.1ppm O2 and H2O inert atmosphere. The selective laser melting device is placed in a sealed box, which forms a closed loop with a multi-stage dust collection device and an air circulation device. Argon gas circulates in the closed loop, and the water and oxygen content in the system reaches the target of less than 1ppm, achieving an ultra-high purity working atmosphere environment. The processed products can be directly applied, reducing the need for reprocessing. This system is an economical circulating purification system designed to meet customer research and development needs.
This device is used to prepare multi-component, multi-layer composite dense metal/non-metal, metal oxide/nitride/nitrogen oxide, non-metal oxide/nitride/nitrogen oxide, and other thin film materials with uniform thickness. The target material can be a single component or multi-component material of metal/non-metal (including magnetic target material), or a single component or multi-component material of metal/non-metal compound. The sample can be annealed in situ at the thin film deposition site in the vacuum chamber of the equipment system. In addition, samples coated by magnetron sputtering can undergo selenization and sulfurization treatment. Can be applied in fields such as materials science, physics, chemistry, microelectronics, optoelectronics, energy, catalysis, nanotechnology, etc.
